hip flexibility

been having a google wondering if anyone here has input. seeing physio monday arvo for this.

my hips have always been real inflexible, and its starting to get in the way of my leg training badly.

problem is , for example in a leg press, i cant get very deep at all with toes pointing straight forward, and its my hips flexibility thats stopping it. to do deep leg press i have to point my knees/toes out quite a bit. and when i do this it works only the inside of quads raelly.

this mucks up squats for me also as i cant go deep or even horizontal unless my stance is real wide and feet are pointing far out.

its not pain or anything that stops me really, it just feels like it physically cant go any further.

in the past i had issues with hamstrings being real tight (and i think physio said they are short??), and stretching heaps has been real good for that, so hopefully itl just be some different stretches to fix this.

anyone got a video or point me in the right direction for stretches that target the part of the hip that causes this? or any other tips

edit: after a bit of a search found the following which i think is exactly my problem:

Adductor Magnus Inflexibility

attempted http://www.exrx.net/Testing/FlexFunction/DeepSquat.html

deep squat test, and its a joke, cant get any depth and its awkward as , so think this is definately my problem.
