Struggling

At the moment cos me carbs are frggin low im suffering a bit, over the last 2 weeks my strength is slowly decreasing, especially on back days have gone from 220 DL's for sets and last night i struggled with 180 for 6... put me in a down buzz :banging: cant wait for refeed day!!

Ive never gone this low in carbs before while dieting, carbs have been pretty low now going on 4 weeks, at the moment weighing 108kg had a BF% test done a day sitting at around 10-12% at the moment i dont thin it was too accurate and my daily intake of carbs is about 80-90g at the most, majority of these are in my post workout shake..... i have a few in the morning and the rest are just "by products" from other foods.

Does anyone with experience have any advice whether or not this is too low carb for someone like me? i would have no idea  , still learning. Yes i believe im burning fat, its just my intensity in the gym is not as much as a few weeks back, is this expected?? Anyones advice or people that have had similar experiences would love to hear from

thanks all.

Well of course it's expected that if you are eating 80-90g of carbohydrates that your strength will decrease.

What did u think would happen mate?

Lol i wasnt 100% sure Tom thats why i had to ask, yes i expected to lose a bit of strength, its just depressing thats all :boohoo: i'll just have to suck it up and keep going.

I was thinking of increasing my carb intake a bit, didnt know if this would be detrimental to my cut??, its not like i have to be competition ready or anything. Will just be a case of trial and error i suppose.

ta mate.
