Hi all!

My name is Zanni, I'm 21 and a student nurse.

today i signed up to mania women's sports fighting.

my diet is mostly vegan but my fitness level is very low so i'm trying to improve it and look for tips on here.

i'm also really into tree climbing, yoga, biking and club dancing for fitness.

here are my goals:

1. get fit

2. learn to fight

3. kick some ass

4. not care about my weight but only my fitness level

mostly vegan? intense!

since you're trying to improve your fitness and will be doing more exercise than you typically do you'll probably need a fair bit more nutrients or you'll start feeling pretty fatigued so i'd suggest searching up and writing up a solid meal plan... here's a site that i saw on the forum a while back veganbodybuilding.com although it says bodybuilding it has some general meal plans that you might want to work off...

there isn't that much of a focus on fighting on these forums but welcome and good luck!

There is some discussion on these boards regarding fight training. Sparodic, but it's here. There is some possibility for a fight sub forum at a later time.

This is a great place to get local content. I believe MANIA will be shw casing some of their stuff at this weekends MMA exhibition, at the ASB showgrounds... :wink:
