A fun exercise can be done with some kit you can put together yourself.

Get a hollow pipe and drill through the centre. Feed a cord through the hole and tie off one end. Loop the other end through a plate. Hold the pipe in front of you with arms horizontal and roll that sucker until the plate/weight is at the top then roll it out the other way. Kind of a yoyo scenario.

Pipe diameter plays a big role in difficulty and rope length will determine the amount of work each 'rep'.

You can't strengthen your wrists to prevent unexpected impacts like a fall lol they get hurt because of the way you land on them and the biomechanics not because they are weak or strong.

OR

Grind dbol up and scrub it into wrist bone.

I know that ,just wanted to know if people actually work to strengthen their wrists.
