Part of the aim of creatine supplementation is creatine phosphate saturation in your body, so i would definitley suggest loading 20 gms divided into 4 servings for 4 or 5 days and then 5 gm daily serving post workout for maintenance.

U can take it along with dextrose not written in stone.

Was just wondering what the go was these days. I first took creatine mono in '95 with grape juice, as recommended by the late Dan Duchaine.

Honestly I would just concentrate on keeping those creatine levels up,Grape juice is fine.
