During a recent conversation I was reminded of a quote that someone on here used to have as their sig line, but I'm buggered if I can remember exactly what it was, or who had it. So hoping that someone can help me out, cos it's driving me nuts now.

Something along the lines of "Make strong your weak knees and back". I'm pretty sure it was biblical too, but me and the bible parted company once I escaped Catholic school. And Mr Google has been less than helpful.
