Pacnsave have boneless thigh for that breast price too. I prefer the thigh. Doesn't dry out as easy. Fat for the win.

Tenderloins are excellent.

never had tenderloins before but i can't understand how they're cheaper than breast, it seems like they're pretty much the same but with half the prep work done for you! gonna look for some at paknsave today and stock up on tuna later in the week.

keep an eye out for awesome supplement deals too, there was free shipping on bodybuilding.com a while back which i missed out on = (

Seem to be heaps of good specials on Yogurt at Pak N Save loving the 1% yogurt as a bed time snack. In 100g 13g carbohydrates 10g protein 1 g fat tastes good to if you get the passion fruit and can mix with whey if you like to make a protein sludge!

Similar deal on the woolworths select canned chicken too at $1.29 each - think 14-15g protein per 85g serve.

And also saw the greenseas tuna in olive oil 190g for $1.99 so picked up a few more of them for the stockpile

Jeez I wish I had a Pak n Save. Or Mad Butcher. Expensive as fark in Grey Lynn/Ponsonby. Eggs are about the only thing that isn't eye gouging.
