[startinfromscratch]

line a baking dish with 300g middle bacon. set aside 8)

in a bowl mix up 1.5 - 2kg lean mince, 3 eggs, 2 heaped spoons paprika (sweet)

put awesome mince mix into bacon lined dish

sprinkle awesome meat dish with cheese

bake at 180 for about 45 mins 8)

makes 8 serves of 220-250grams. drain it while its hot, gets rid of alot of the fat. can also add fried onion too if need be....
