Major dead leg after pinning

Started first cycle yesterday, injected into right quad, pin was half way in when I felt a weird sharp pain( think I tensed my muscle out of nerves) stopped relaxed pushed it in the whole way drew back got no blood so continued. Today my quad around the injection site is sore as feels like a bad bruise, is this normal because my body isn't used to it? Been limping all day haha :?

You'll be fine just a bad one, quad are easy to pin but can be painful.
