Burpees- They suck, but they will make you stronger

Rich Froning- Girls want him, Men want to be him… Also fittest man alive

Pain- You will work through it get better and become stronger

Friendship- This is a place where you will make new friends

To Look better naked- Enough Said

Preparing for a Sport- CrossFit can improve your skill from marathons to football

Discipline- you will learn it here

Get Stronger- You will be harder to kill

Get Faster- Also making you harder to catch and Kill

Jump higher- Hop over zombies in a single bound

Because Strong is sexy- there is no reason a sexy girl needs to be a damsel in distress…

Fran- 21-15-9 Thrusters and Pullups…. Easy enough

Sweat- you are going to sweat more than you thought was possible and love it

High Socks- Pick up the craziest pair of socks you can find hit some deadlifts and you will fit right in.

Becoming stronger than you ever thought possible- Its pretty amazing to do things you never thought you would be able to do. Here is where that happens

Diet challenges- You are not alone on your diet, we got your back.

Cheat Meals- one a week isn’t bad…. Beer, Pizza, and whatever are on your diet for 1 meal a week

Kettlebells- I’ve got a fever and the only cure is more Kettlebell. Also good for working out

Workouts that make you stronger outside the gym- CrossFit makes you stronger in and out of the gym

Foam Rollers- These contraptions will keep your body feeling great after a rough workout

Rob Orlando- Crossfit’s Strongman and a great ambassador of the sport

Failure- You will fail a rep, a workout, but you will be stronger because of it

Success- nothing better than killing a workout you failed on 3 months ago

Poods- it sounds dumb but that’s one way of measuring weight

As Rxed- going from scaling all your workouts to doing them as prescribed is a great accomplishment.

Bumper Plates- When you drop them they bounce.

Yelling- In pain during your workout, let out a barbarian roar!

Being a part of a team- CrossFit is both an individual and a team sport. Hard to explain but very easy to understand once you become a part of it.

Pullups- Love them or hate them they are part of CrossFit

Box Jumps- Explosive and functional this movement is going to make you move faster and jump higher

No lunk alarm- We understand you are here to workout hard, we respect and encourage that

Cool shirts- CrossFit gyms across the country have some of the edgiest shirts of any sport you will find

Rings- From ring rows, to muscle ups rings are a great functional tool to get you fit

Yoke- Born from strongman the Yoke is heavy and awesome. Walk with it.

Monster Truck tires- Flip them or hit them with a sledge hammer

DNF- one of the most heartbreaking things in the gym Do Not Finish. Nothing inspires like a brutal failure

Having your friends working out with you and motivating you
