went to meat king oteha valley road in albany, stocked up bigtime. some good as prices:

chicken breast mince (with nutrition information, checked and its def breast only) 500gm packets $4. $8.00/kg chicken breast. i prefer mince to breast a lot of the time, more shit you can do with it. got a shitload of these cos 500gm is the perfect amount for me to use at a time, so no hassle of splitting it up.

boneless skinless breast $9.99/kg is the normal price not just a special

heaps of random chicken products they make outta breast, like chicken breast nuggets, breast meat patties, sausages etc, all with real good macros.

"bbq" steak, 10.99$ same as mad butcher but not bad, they had few other good prices but didnt have time to hang around.

beats mad butcher and aussie butcher even when they have special prices for breast.

I go there everyday. Love their $5 marinated chicken tenderloins & kebabs. $7 for shitloads of bbq steak...

I live just up the road from here so I walked down to get some cheap deals haha

I couldn't resist and ended up getting some of those frozen waffles aswell

noticed they always have the hot and spicy chicken breast on sale .. tried it and geez it was so salty had to run it under water to get some of the marinate off
