Had 2nd pin yesterday, slept well had nap 1 1/2 hours at 530pm then slept 1030 to 6am

Todays work out Chest & Back

10 x 10 DB decline press

10 x 10 Chin ups

3 x 12 DB flyes

3 x 12 DB rows

Todays eats so far

meal 1

5 egg whites, 1 whole egg

Oats mixed with protein powder (Chocolate flavour!) didn't look too nice but went down ok

meal 2

2 chicken breast

protein shake

Work out

meal 3

Cup rice, 3 chicken breasts

Mutant mass shake

Todays work out Legs

Squats 10 x 10 -feeling it my 8th set

Lying leg curls 10 x 10

Leg press 3 x 20

Standing calf raises 3 x 20 -supposed to have been but legs were pretty shot by now and couldn't do 20 reps! so dropped weight down, still did total of 60 reps but took 5 sets.

Paying closer attention to diet, especially protein intake.

1 week in weight gone up to 121.8 and a lot of that sitting around the middle!

Will force myself to get up in am and go for a walk starting tomorrow.

Haven't done any cardio all week.

Quads a still sore today so will try and get a massage in.

Third pin today.

Have kept Dbol at 20mg per day

Get this diet dialled in for once and hopefully see the results better this time.

Takes a bit of getting used to eating so much, been eating 6 meals a day but obviously not enough!

Appreciate the feed back

Arms & shoulders today

parallel bar dips 10 x 10

Incline DB curls 10 x 10

Bent over DB lateral raises 3 x 12

seated DB lateral raises 3 x 12

Quads feeling much better after a massage, almost walking normally again

Rest day tomorrow
