Second cycle

Recommended Posts

So enjoyed the first time, been chaffing at the bit to get on again.

Had a week off the gym as away on business so body rested ready to get stuck in again.

Consequently put a few k's on (118.5 dressed at gym this afternoon) but a bit of extra cardio will fix that.

This cycle will be

Dbol 20mg ED for first 3 weeks

Test E 250 - 1ml Sat , 1ml Wed for 15 weeks

Going to use a version of German Volume training to maximise gains.

Todays workout

Chest and back

Decline DB press ups 10 x 10 - has even given the abs a bit of a workout too!

Chin ups 10 x 10 (assisted)

Incline DB flyes 3 x 12

One arm DB rows 3 x 12

Was intending to do some cardio but work was pressing and time to eat again! Try and get some in tonight.

Eats today so far

Meal 1 6am

Oats

3 egg whites, 1 whole egg

Meal 2 930

Steak

Meal 3 1230 -straight after workout

Chicken tossed salad and Mutant mass shake

Meal 4 approx 3pm will be more steak

That breakfast meal looks very low in protein for a guy of your size?

Could fix the diet up a bit, any reason why you dont have carbs for those other 2 meals or am I missing something?

Maybe he has a whole bag of rolled oats for breakfast?

he said protein phaggot.

A whole bag of oats would be quite a bit of protein. Just a shitload of carbs too  The 3 egg whites + 1 whole would be 15g or so anyway, and maybe he makes the oats with milk...

blah blah blah lol. still not enough protein with or without milk i mean you can only fit so much in a bowl. why not throw a few scoops of whey into your oats, will make them taste a lot nice along with upping the protein amount

Yeah a scoop of whey is easy and tastes good, but how much protein do you think he really needs when he's having steak 3 hours later? I don't think it's an issue man, not going to make or break his progress...

I meant maybe he consumes his daily carbohydrates in one go at breakfast by downing 1kg of rolled oats. That equals 660g of carbs, 170g of protein and 70g of fat totalling 3890 calories. U mad?

Carbs are taken care of with Oats in am and meal 5 usually, will prob keep up with mutant mass after each work out as well.

Can always add more food as body responds.

I reckon your diet could use alot of work.

blend 100g of oats and mix with whey and down fish oils or flax seed oil instead of mutant mass cheaper, healthier and probably more effective.

Also chicken drum sticks! You should be eating breasts man!

appreciate the feedback

Using the Mutant mass because bought in a load for National power lifting team, so got a few extra bags!

Drum sticks because thats whats available, on a rock in middle of pacific!

Take fish oil tabs, BCAA, multi vitamins

Work out today

Arms & shoulders

Dips 10 x 10 (assisted)

Incline DB hammer curls 10 x 10

Bent over DB lateral raises 3 x 12

Seated DB lateral raises

Body feeling the 10x10 rountine a bit, be good once test kicks in to help with DOMs.

Legs not sore didn't go hard enough on them yesterday.

Can't say that have felt any appreciable strength increase from Dbol yet, whats the norm before feeling it?

Been on 4 days at 20mg, should I increase to 30?
