We are pleased to announce in conjunction with TONY DOHERTY & FITX MELBOURNE ,

CAPO will be hosting the

AUSTRALASIAN PUSH PULL COMPETITION .

March 2013 at FITX !

While final details and schedule are yet to be completed, CAPO is very excited to begin this process by offering expressions of interest from CAPO lifters who would like to be part of this prestigious event, showcasing the

"Best of the Best" CAPO has to offer .

With CAPO National Deadlift Competition scheduled for early December 2012, the overall National Deadlift rankings will play part of the selection process, along with expressions of interest extended from lifters who are available to enter this competition .

CAPO would like to thank Tony Doherty for extending the opportunity to be a part of what will be a great weekend of strength, fitness and power
