Ideas on my nighttime meals

Hey guys,

Just want some ideas on my eating, I weight train usually from 7-8pm and get home and have a protein shake with bananas within the half hour window. I have a shower and then cook up some meat and falafel, so I usually consume this meal around the 9pm mark.

Is this a good idea or would that be too much and is it too late at night?

And does anybody have any other good meals they can suggest (getting bored of falafel!)
