hi guys, so I have been doing some reading here, and looking around. I see quite a few are going to bodybuilding.co.nz so I was having a look and I have NO idea what to choose, I wrote a post a little while back about intestinal bloating and one of the guys told me to "get a good quality protein" so now I am on the hunt, I see a lot of stuff here about cheapest this and that and where to get it.

what is a "good quality Whey protein" I can take post workout? that's all I am interested in atm.

maybe later I will look at Creatine.

thanks guys

I have used Nutrawhey protein for a while now. Its a bit watery if you mix it up to the directions but I just got used to it. I use the flavored ones but you could use the natural one and add milkshake syrup or even diet syrup if you really wanted.
