tracking your workout progress

hi all, after carrying around a pad of paper or printing off excel spreadsheets at work and taking them with me to the gym or where ever I am working out (which I hated) and with new found technology I found an Android app I just love, its called Jefit. I have tried many many Windows Phone (my work phone) and Android Phone (personal phone) apps over the past year or so and I found this to be the best, now all I need is a my phone which I have anyway for music and my water bottle and towel.

I don't have any affiliation, I just like it and thought you might too.

was just using a Calendar before but now using WeightMotion on the iPhone to track my body changes, BMI, weight, diet etc (take regular photos play back the series like a video).

For workouts I use WorkoutDiary just to track the bodypart I did in a workout...so I know what to do next

I use Pumping Weight on the iPhone. Has a calendar, can modify or add exercises. Exports to excel.

I add my workouts manually too, to another forum. If there was a way to export them, I would transfer all of them over to here. But not 14 forum pages of entries...
