I have always been into physical training but never have i been this consistent with weights and i am now taking it to extreme levels, now that i have a small understanding of how my body actually functions. I was born with natural talent and never relied on doing the hard yards but it has caught up on me knowing that i should have been hitting the gym with a balanced diet :pfft: fortunately enough for me i am in my prime as i am still young, 25years old. for me i am keen to hear and read reviews from real people that are the truth because websites are there to sell there products whereas i would get the real low down. i live to train and train to live but many have inspired me to push through and a fave Quote from Dean Karnazes: "unless your not pushing yourself, your not living to the fullest. You can't be afraid to fail, but unless you fail, you haven't pushed hard enough." Sez it all...

Another fave saying of mine that suits the quote said by karno and its not quite similar to Ronnies "light weight baby" or "notin but a peanut" will be "till failure," because it kinda sums it up, go until you can't anymore \:D/

So you live to train and train to live however you've never relied on doing the hard yards?

Funny to read everyones reactions to my first upload where I wasn't sure if it would go through or not :P On a more serious note, I train 6days of the week with 3x 6am sessions (cardio). Started a weights program from early June with a mate and we have been consistent with it up until now but also hoping to make past xmas and through to wherever... Started loading up with 1MR type of training for first 4weeks and could press pretty heavy (bench 220kg, squat 240kg and deadlift 340kg) Our high intensity Commences with 7sets of 12-15reps, alternating weeks. I'm currently weighing 98kg and have lost 9kgs since the beginning, so I could say I'm pretty happy but it did take a bit of perseverance and determination as I do get bored very easy bla bla blah... :pfft:

Download the photobucket app. If you've got facebook you can sign in using your facebook account. If not, its easy and free to sign up.

Open the photobucket app, select upload media, choose existing, and select your photo - this will upload it to photobucket. Once uploaded, go to My Albums and select the pic, then go into the pic information via the bottom right button, and touch the IMG field. This will copy the image url to your iPad's clipboard.

Then come back to this thread, reply to it, and paste the image link into a post. The image url will look something like this:

[img=http://photobucket.com/myphotourl.jpg]

And voila, your pic is uploaded from your iPad.

Looking forward to it, and vids of some massive lifts! :nod:

Sorry but am I the only one that thinks that since he isn't very good with english he may have mistaken kg for lbs ?

So you think this guy weighs 44kgs?

Exactly... (notsrs, umad?)

But if English is his second language it'd be more likely that he has been mistaken with a few letters than he has done some world class lifts after only 4 months lifting ?..
