"bloody" Annie

I did my first Annie this morning, and man I felt fu@#ked afterwards. I managed 12 mins and that's with people kept interrupting me. I pissed me off. Anyway along with feeling great afterwards, I had a few pains in the chest for a few minutes. Maybe I should have not gone so hard..... But it was worth it.
