Hey guys! Im Nathan I am 21 from wellington.

Been lifting committed for 1 year. before that it was a mess! I had no clue.

I weigh 83 kg at 178cm tall.

Im in reasonable shape around 12-13 % body fat I think.

My goals are to compete natural within the next few years.

My split goes

Mon: legs/ shoulders/ abs

Tue:rest

Wed: chest/ biceps/abs

Thu:rest

Fri: back/triceps/abs

Sat: rest

Sun: rest

My diets pretty clean I love broccoli and eggs. my big diet downside is my lack of knowledge on cooking all my meals are simple. I eat for function not for taste.

My favorite exercises would have to be squats and dead lifts.. I like them all but squats and deads are my favorites.

I consider my legs and back my best area and my chest and shoulders my weakest area.
