Kia Ora - new member to the board just like to say hi. I'm Dave, 43 been training on and off for many years. Currently 84kg, around 13%BF still lifting weights 3 times a week mixed up with cardio and a bit of crossfit type stuff. Been in NZ two years, loving it! Not loving the price of supplements though :(

Hoping to pick up a few tips on here, diet and nutrition/training as looking to sensibly gain 5 kg in the next 12 months or so - see if there's any life in the old dog yet.
