weekly workout routine

ok guys so im starting back at the gym next week after training at home for the last year, just to try and add a bit more muscle and break thru a plateu.

heres what im gona be doing:

monday: gym

tuesday:gym

wednesday:run

thursday:gym

friday:circuit training/ boxing

saturday and sunday rest

so i wana know what you guys recommend for the gym parts ( what body parts, exercises, reps, sets etc )

im 6ft1 and 97kg and around 15% bodyfat

I use Jefit for tracking my workouts and getting ideas for mine from what others are doing, it doesnt sound to me like you are doing bodybuilding but are just trying to keep fit and do a little sculpting.

have a look at the jefit site and see if you can find something.
