Hi,

Im off to an international swimsuit competition called Miss Bikini International.

It's a beauty pageant with a huge emphasis on swimsuit modeling.

The competition is a montha way.

I will be up against supermodels, nto body builders.

I attend the gym, just started doing 45 min cardio 4-5 days per week, and moderate weight training.

I have cut out all carbs from my diet and am taking protein shake and Ripped Freak for weigth loss stimulation. Am feeling nauseous on this and experiencing lack of sleep! :(

If you like, please send me some advice on how to achieve my goals.

I need to strip down body fat and become very thin- not muscly!!

I am a healthy weight already. I will be compeitng against 70 other countries. Im in it to win it.

I need to lose about 5 kg.

im 68 kg at the moment and my height is about 5'9.

Any advice, much appreciated!

how strict are you with your diet at the moment, and do you know how many calories & macros you eat per day?

are you able to post a pic? Easier to know where someone is at with their leanness with a pic rather than just stats so you will likely get more relevant advice
