":2dcyey7t]yeah i agree that the OP wont gain 10+kg lean muscle in 2 months and be 7% bodyfat at the end of it..but he weighs fucking 70kg, wouldnt be surprised if he could get to 80kg and still look alright by the end of the year if hes pretty new to lifting..unless hes like 5'6" or something lol

edit: what i mean is its totally different trying to go from 70 to 80kg when you first start lifting than it is going from 100 to 110kg after a few years of training. still 10kgs but obviously the latter is way harder even with better training/diet/natural bodybuilding products

ok so to not make everyone get all nitty gritty, this is my goal because I'm someone who likes a challenge. whether or not I make it to that by December is really not something you all should be shutting down whether or not its possible, after all things like records and that get broken alot anyway!

understand I see that its very unlikely but how about some frikken enthusiam!!:)

I for one have complete and total faith in you that you can achieve this lofty goal that you have set out to accomplish. With the belief and drive that I can see you must surely have to declare such a bold statement, nothing is impossible. You can do it!

The sooner ppl get real in this world the better.

You could probably gain that 10 kg in 2 months, but it's not going to be very lean at all. My tip, eat, eat, sleep, sleep, train heavy. That worked for me. Gained 15kg in 2 months last year doing that. Bodyfat went from 12% to 15 % in that time, so you will add fat as well. It is impossible to gain that much lean weight n such a short time. (Unless you are on juice.)
