Yeah he got his ifbb procard in some cereal box or someone just gave it to him cause he came 2nd in something, im not sure on the finer details? but completly deserved. so he over in the states now preparing for pro show.

Never, will post long update tommorrow or next. just in the midst of buying a new vehicle and am just a lil behind in my work atm.. updates to come!

But srs eats for the past 2 days have nearly been exactly the same;

M1 - Double scoop protein with milk & olive oil. 1/2 Cup of oats

M2 - 100g potatoe, 100g sweet potatoe, 150g Steamfresh Veges, 185g Tuna

M3 - 400g Lean Mince 200g Potatoe

M4 - 100g potatoe, 100g sweet potatoe, 150g Steamfresh Veges, 185g Tuna

M5 - Double scoop protein with milk & olive oil

M6 - Dinner Monday = Roast chicken, small amount of potatoe and veges.

- Dinner Tuesday = half a Pizza, Upto Calories.

Training monday - Bench Press 88kgx8x3, Incline Barbell Press, Incline Flys, Tricep Dips, Skullcrushers SS with Close grip BenchPress.

Training Tuesday - Deadlifts 120kgx8125kgx8130kgx8, Wide Grip Pull ups, Lateral Pulldowns, One Arm Rows, Biceps.

After much deliberation i ended up stopping my cycle on the 21st october, decided im not ready to jump on AAS. Will start nolva on the 4th for 4 weeks.

Decided my lifts were shit and so was my diet, am going to get it dialled in then have another go this time next year.
