Hey everyone,

Im new to this forum finding out everything i need to know... i just moved here from South-Africa and currently staying in Browns Bay Auckland. I have been struggling to get a gym here since everything is mostly fitness and im not very keen on fitness since im almost underweight already, im 75kg's and about 180cm.the last time I benched was in June and it was 160kg,squad is 120kg(proper sqaud not like most squad just a bit)leg press is about 380kg and dead lift 140kg(dont have a good back)I want to know a couple of stuff so anyone near Browns bay would you please help

Thanks i am very strong in my chest but very poor at my back i think thats why my sqaud isnt that much higher i saw a gym her that im going to join now its beachside fitness centre or is ther other gyms that has actaully heavy dumbells regarding i do lot of stuff with dumbells and do incline dumbell press insteadof bench(i have problems with my rotatary cufflings so bench is not a good natural movement i can use alot)
