looking at the ingredients list, theres alot of stuff in it for the price. just makes sense to give it a try, looks like it gives you everything you need for a post workout

whey, bcaas, creatine mono and carbs - pretty typical post workout. if you are asking for honest opinions then i say this product is not worth it and no it doesn't 'just make sense' to give it a try unless you have excessive money and no sense to try shopping smarter (or maybe you are getting it ridiculously cheap).

you are basically paying several times in excess just for someone else to make the 'stack' for you (not kidding, the only way you will learn is to research how much it costs to buy 'em separately  )

the other advantage of buying all the mains stuff separately (besides the $$$$ savings) is just that you have more control over the ratio of everything. some days you may want more carbs in there, some days more protein. as an example, each scoop contains 5g of creatine yet just 13.5g of protein...one may be tempted to go for 4 scoops to meet protein macro targets but then you're getting in 20g of creatine (which is just going way overboard) as well as 152g of most likely cheap-ish carbs (if it's gonna be simple carbs anyway, wouldn't you prefer indulging in some nice cake or something instead of chugging down a shake?)

well, that's my cheapass 0.00002 cent

its only $40 for the tub of it mate

and how big is this tub?

anyway, not gonna do the math for you but you asked for opinions so I've put that suggestion out there that you can do miles better (quality, better management of macros in the shake etc.)and pay much less. something for you to consider if you're interested

FotR has explained it pretty well but here is another way to look at it.

Please do look at the actual dosage numbers. 1.6mg of Zinc is quite similar to nil. Take ZMA for 30mg. 3.5g BCAAs in a 3:2:2 ratio?? You might consider 10g at 8:1:1 or 4:1:1 pre workout (leucine is the big number). If you want 37.5g of sugar have 1/2 a packet of raro (provides 38g sugar with bonus flavouring). Not even sure there is a point to 2g beta alanine post workout - try 5-10g pre workout. On it goes...

In short you're getting sugar, 5mg glutamine and 5mg creatine. If you buy those 3 things as individual components you get more for your money and the ability to vary dosage ratios in future.

Lots of products are not very good value and this is one of those.

thanks for the feedback guys.

is that bcaa ratio wrong??

are there any good postworkout supplements you can buy?

Diy shakes are better bro

Bcaa's should preferably be taken pre or intra workout ,I get mine with my pre workout drink ,dont mix it with your whey ,it defeats the purpose as your whey already has bcaa's and will probably slow down the absorption of your isolated bcaa's.

Unless your on really low cal diet BCaa's are a waste during the day,you should be getting ample from your food and shakes.

L-glutamine? not convinced it has any benefits plus your whey already has some.If you stay on your multi's your immunity should be sorted, which I also get from the supermarket.

DIYpost workout shake, much cheaper and smarter in the long run.

5 gms of creatine (30 bucks for 500 gms from eat me,look for the creapure stamp)

50 gms of dextrose (from the supermarket) (not sure about the efficiency of post workout dextrose, personally think it's a waste of calories if your dieting)

2 scoops of whey

50 gms of blueberries or raspberries ( I use frozen as they are cheaper)

thats all you need.
