Hey there! Well, I've decided that it's finally time to get off my butt and into some exercise. I travel a lot which I used as a convenient excuse not to work out and at 30 figure it's time to snap out of it!

I'm in reasonable shape- I eat pretty well, raw nuts and seeds for snacks, I don't eat takeaways very often and I limit my diet to low carb and unprocessed foods. Of course I have my off days (I have to actively avoid pie cabinets).

The weekends are the worst, especially coming home and socialising- wine is doing nothing for the waistline. :naughty:

Looking at some of the other posts I suppose I am just above what people would call "Skinny Fat". I'm 5ft 10, 69kg and a size 10. Just everything's a bit wobbly and there is definitely some room to improve!

My goals would be to tone and trim down my legs and get some definition around my stomach. If I could look trim and toned for the Summer holidays I'd be chuffed! From there I'd love to get into body sculpting, but first things first!

I'll post some photos tomorrow as soon as I can get someone to take my pics and then it will be onto finding a gym and a trainer!

Hope to get some good advice from you all soon!

Stace
