I am doing body balance once a week for my prep for my comps and I love it plus.I find usful if I am feeling tight in any muscle groups like in my quads or hamstrings etc.If any of you guys who are members at Les Mills or if your gym dose have any of the Les Mills group fitness programs I would highly recomend checking body balance out.It is hard at first but once you get use to it also I have notice that my flexabilty has improved lots since I have started doing body balance and once as well I use a fom roller that's if I am feeling very tight in back I just do that a for a few minutes or any where else that I am feeling tight like hamstrings etc.
