Newbie asking advise on AAS

Hi guys,

I am looking for someone in Hamilton to meet up with to discuss the pros and cons about the use of AAS and what type of diet to go with it.

I am now 30 and I used to spend many hours in the gym in my early 20's, but I really struggled to gain any muscle. A lack of results put me off from the gym for a long time.

After a visit to a mate back home in South Africa earlier this year, Iwas convinced to have ago at AAS. We used to gym together and he basicly had the same problem as me. He gained really good muscle on a 8 week cycle and that is what I am interested in.

I do not want to become a body builder, but I just want to gain some good muscle deffinition in my upper body.

So If anyone with experience would be kind enough to meet up sometime, that would be great.

Thanx

Another direct first post.

What are you doing for your training and diet now man?

Roids will certainly make a significant change, but ideally you want that to come from your training and diet first and foremost.

Good luck bud

Side effects of anabolic steroids depend on what compounds you take research individual compounds maybe start with isteroids.com and possibly look and downloading some ebooks like anabolics2000.

Typically health problems are high blood pressure and cholesterol. So will have to do reasonable amount of cardio and clean diet. Not an expert though I don't even use but have research to some degree.

Also got to decide weather your going to be pinned or taking orals, length of cycle, dosage, and PCT. If pinned your going to need to know how to inject, the injection sites etc.

As for not wanting to look like a bodybuilder i'm not sure what you mean. Anyone that builds their body IMO is a bodybuilder. And if your not looking at making dramatic gains why are you considering AAS? You can achieve what it sounds like you want to achieve easily the natural way.

Taking gear might seem to be the easy opinion or the fastest opinion but I wouldn't consider it an easy opinion due to the PCT and the potential side effects two reason I wouldn't consider using myself.

If you have the intensity, diet, rest and focus you can definitely achieve the "beach body" your wanting. You will also need these things if you chose to get on your bike too.

Your body, Your decision.

To people who say to me, "I want to get fit and firm up, but don't want to get too big," I say in reply, "Do you go to your tennis pro and say you want to learn tennis but don't want to play well enough to qualify for Wimbledon?"

Looking awesome doesn't happen by accident after a week of training bro

Be interested to see any more non troll posts 8)

I am in my mid 30s be interested to see what the consensus on us mature folk doing a cycle.

I know testosterone decreases as we age. Would that also mean that any muscles gained would be lost as don't have hormones to hold on to gain in muscle mass

To everyone reading. All I am considering is one cycle to see what sort of affect it has. I do understand that there are side effects, but research also tells me that health problems comes with the prolonged use of bodybuilders and that a single cycle might not have serious long term effects. I am not putting any numbers on this. I just want to see what comes of it. Cheers

If you feel your hormone levels are low go see a GP and get Hormone Therapy

Must be spring time!!

:pfft:

And OP, what about having decent legs too?

And "just one cycle"... Dream on. If you get the gains, you will plan for more. If you get big puffy titties, and acne, you may not return.

You won't know unless you do. Spend an extra 100 on food and protein a week for a few months. Then see if that works.

Word Brah this guy probably trains like a pansy and is on the 40 hour famine diet 24 sev ive seen natty guys at my gym in their 50's get fucking swole just by training like a beast and eating like a mofo. Cmon Newbie ur 'little' amount of gains prob resulted from the fact u trained only 1 day a week mate

If you had little gains, it was cause you didn't train right and ate like an anorexic school girl. Stop making fucking excuses and put some fucking effort in
