thanks for the support. i trained for about 3 months to get to this lever, was training on the bars 3 times a week and then one cardio session as well. I'm still a relatively slim guy but these types of exercises do wonders for function strength and just general fitness. at the moment I'm currently working on adding some size whilst still being able to do all these exercises and more.

and yes i watch a lot of youtube bar workout videos, thats what got me interested originally.
