just looking to put on another 3-4kg, and im finding it very hard.

im 6ft1, 97kg and 25 years old

i do the basic bodysplit wotkout using compound movements and a lil cardio and circuit training.

the average day for my diet goes like this:

breakfast:4 weetbix, 400ml milk and fish tablets

morning tea: chicken sandwich, banana and chasew nuts

lunch: egg pasta with sauce and grated cheese

afternoon tea: ham sandwich with apple

dinner: usally meat and 2 vege e.g 400 gram rump steak with potatoes and carrots

post workout: whey isolate with oats, egg, banana and milk

yeah i usally try to do that, but i try to stay away from the sugar stuff!!

im starting to try to work my legs more using squats, lunges etc

just got some inner armour tribulus xtreme with dda and stinging nettle in it, so might help!

I would drop the cardio since your doing circuit.

Are you taking creatine monohydrate?Highly recommended.
