Hi all, I am a long time lurker

just wanna make sure if my new diet to bulk some mass is good enough. :)

Trying to gain 5 kg

Meal 1 : 2x Bread with Peanut butter

Meal 2-5 : Brown rice (raw weight 330gram spread out through these 4 meals) + Chicken Breast/Steak (raw weight 700 grams spreadout through these 4 meals) + Veggies

Are they solid enough? I do drink coke/pepsi sometimes.

Without any background knowledge of your height / weight / training etc I will say not enough food

700g chicken is about 180g Protein

330g rice is only about 100g carbs

2 x bread - 30g carbs

Peanut butter - 20g fats

Veges (unknown quantity but I'll estimate 20g trace carbs)

Macros - 180P / 150C / 20F

= 1500 calories.

That generally equates to a cutting diet for a 65kg guy getting ready for RnV, not someone looking to put on size.

Wanna get bigger? Eat more.

add in flax seed which is cheap to buy.I would also avoid mass gainers which are expensive to buy plus your wallet will thank you for it instead just eat lots of food and have a cheat meal every second fortnight.
