This is the guy that runs the leangains blog. In pretty good shape if you ask me.

At the end of the day the best eating/meal plan is the one that allows you to get all your food in, feel the most satisfied, continue to work hard in the gym and allows you to stick to it for the long term. Simple really.

does he run a steroid blog as well? or does he claim natty

the clen and t3 probably help with the leanness more than this fasting

She does have a valid point regardless of what he blogs.

And he doesn't, so if a testing subject be it yourself or anything doesn't have all the variables disclosed then is it really fair or as good as it says it is?

AAS changes things completely.

At the end of the day It's his business and income.

bbprincess His stats aren't that unbelievable. You do realize that of the hundreds of pro bodybuilders that support a high frequency meal plan, literally all of them are enhanced? There are thousands of people who have used intermittent fasting and gotten good results who are natural. Many of them are women too. In fact lean gains is definitely not the first choice diet for someone who is enhanced. Their physiology is different. You should read a little more about it because it looks like you probably don't understand it that well. If you read the theory behind it, its sound logic backed up by science and real world results too.

Look, I think people are losing sight of what is important. Lets say he did use a bit of clen or whatever. Or lets say he is just a genetic freak. Guess what? hundreds more people and so called experts that promote a traditional diet are also on gear. What are the reasons you would follow a particular eating plan? For me there are two important factors.

1) Is the theory behind it scientifically sound?

2) Is the theory backed up by real world results?

IF ticks both those boxes. Read the leangains blog and look at people on this forum who have used it to great success. They have no ulterior motives and aren't trying to sell you something. IF is just narrowing your feeding window by a few hours, its really not some ridiculous diet or starvation protocol that some people are making it out to be.

Riccardo don't bother trying to explain, low IQ people are the same ones that believe all the stupid supplement claims, easily ripped off by salesman, and believe anything they are told. Let them stick religiously to their 6 meal a day plans without keeping an open mind, its a marker that lets you know their IQ is around 60, Max.

no he doesn't, Although i suggest you give it a shot Just for shit's and giggles. If you can disprove anything or find someone or something that can,I would love to read it.It's not so much as a diet as just saying "hey you don't have to eat every 2 hours or 6 meals a day to fire up your metabolism."

I bet people laughed when someone realized that hey maybe this fat free diet is not very good for you.Same thing is happening here.
