I like the feeling after doing squats, when I do a static squat on the vibratrain.

Feels like a massage, after you hop off. That nice tingle...

Not sure if it helps do anything else. The idea sounds plausble, but it is marketing afterall.

The principle is similar to isometric contraction, however vibration training has the potential to be more effective due to training on an unstable platform.

With isometrics, as muscle fibers fatigue & drop off new fibers are recruited to enable the contraction to continue. Therefore, one contraction is in reality probably hundreds of contractions. With vibration training more fibers would be recruited right from the start to enable the body to be stabilized.
