LGI EPI-10 (Review)

After reading the other thread Test Freak and Anabolic Freak experiment. I would do a review of a OTC supplement sample a close best buddy in the USA sent me as I am 1 week into already, and had blood tests done basically following instructions given to me. The idea was to try it out and if I liked it he would send be a box load for me to put on trademe.

Goal Expectations My Goal is to lose some fat and Keep my current strength levels. Not Expecting any gains for 4 weeks.

Anyways a quick research suggests this might not be a "Legal" supplement here in NZ? or be considered "Natural" by NZ standards :oops: So thats a No go, :( Guess I got lucky that it got through customs. So anyways f*ck it im gonna try this out.

Supplement LGI EPI-10 availible at various US online stores.

Ingredient: 2,3a-Epithio-17a-methyletioallo cholan-17b-ol 10mg.

Instructions: on bottle: Take 2-3 servings daily evenly spread. Do not exceed 3 serves in a 24 Hour period.

Method

I am gonna take 3 serves around 5-6 hours apart. For total of 30mg a day.

After the 4 weeks I am spose to take another supplement which was also sent. Again after quick research not "legal: in NZ :oops: . Yeh I am a dumbass and this review is getting irrelevant to most Kiwis now.

Supplement :

Z-2-[4-(1,2-diphenylbut-1-enyl)phenoxy]-N,N-dimethylethanamine 20mg.

Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex)

Instructions Take 40mg per day for 1 week and 20mg per day following week. Dependent on Blood Test Results.

First I was I got some blood tests done to see if this supplement does anything.

My baseline stats are as follows:

Age :37 Male Weight:89Kg: Height:181cm 5ft11 Bodyfat: Guess 20%

Liver Fuctions $36

Prolactin Serum $21

Any sugestions on other tests for next time? Whats that SBHG test called cuase I could not find the box to tick and the nurse had no idea. Does it go by another name?

Balls size. Small walnut. Yeh My buddy told me to take note of my Balls size :? , is he kidding? Or just trying to freak me out.

Results Suggest that I am I pretty good health. I Feel in excellent health and No injuries at all, basically Its good to go. Next Blood Test will be done after 4 Weeks is up and, Another blood test 4 weeks after that. Thats gonna be over 300$ in tests.

Any sugestions on other tests for next time? Whats that SBHG test called cuase I could not find the box to tick and the nurse had no idea. Does it go by another name?

Diet I will be doing 24 hour intermittent fasting (EAT STOP EAT) with fast being sunday and wednesday. Training will occur on fasted days if it happens fall on them.

Now that I am 1 week in. I post more often of things that I have noticed.

1) My morning pee seems a bit darker than usual.

2) Have fasted twice 24hours previous week yet weight has gone up to 1Kg. :? I Was expecting a weight loss. But 1Kg is nothing could be anything water etc

3) Strength seems same. But I am begining to get a feeling of more endurance. Also I am sure recovery is faster. Feeling less sore the next day.

Otherwise not much else happening. Just the weight gain was the main surprise. See what happens after week 2.

Previous weeks workout was roughly.

Day 1 Chest, Triceps

Day 2 Lats , Biceps

Rest

Day 3 Shoulders, Abs (Excluding Rear Delt)

Day 4 Middle Upper, Back + Rear Delt

Day 5 Legs

Day 6 Rest

Day 7=Day 1

Today Was shoulders, abs

Consist of

Rotor Cuff Warmup

Today I trained Fasted and did.

DB Press 22x15 5 Sets

DB Side Laterals 8x20 4 Sets

Wide Grips Upright Row 40 x12 3 Sets

BB Shrugs 110x15 3 Sets

Cable Side Laterals 6x15 4 Sets

Decline Sitsups BWx12 3 Sets

Hangin Knee Raises 3 Sets

Swiss Ball Crunch 20 Reps 3 Sets.

Back Photos Changes Hard to tell anything.

Ended Fast With Small Meal of Yogurt and Muesli. While Cooking a of Chicken Breast Salad and baked Spud.

Oh Other Supplements taken are BCAAs Whey Protein, Liver Cleanse, Omega 3. Just Standard Stuff that should effect the Review.

Epistane is a pro-hormone so this should be in cycle logs/S&P but will be following this

Have used Epistane before was the first pro-hormone i used and i got wicked results from it, ran it at 30mg a day for 4 weeks. put on around 8-10kg from memory, since it contains anti-e properties the weight you put on is very dry and good quality, you will notice a big increase in strength too i think this stuffs great.

It does have its side's like anything so keep us posted on what you notice...

ok mate first things first,

you are taking epistane not a supplement this is a full strength designer oral steroid (pro-hormone) and is the real deal, not like the OTC supps you buy in nz. You really should research this before trying it as this is 17a methylated and will destroy your liver. you have not mentioned anything about your support supps.

you need to take additional supplementation for your liver, cholesterol, blood pressure prior to starting the cycle (preferably at least 2 weeks prior to starting your cycle). Failure to do this and there is a very high chance of doing yourself some serious damage.

Epistane is not as strong as other steroids but will still cause major shutdown of your bodies testosterone production. this is why you have nolvo (tamoxifane citrate). This in itself has a huge amount of side effects that increase as the dosage increases. 40 mg for epistane is overkill. i would go 20/20/10/10 for four weeks.

Finally i would add in some DAA and start taking this in your last week,

also epistane is designed to be taken for 6 weeks to achieve maximum effect and your dosage really should be 20/20/30/30/40/40 or something similiar starting on 30 is not a good idea.

Ps this should really be in the steroid section

Correction

i meant take DAA in the last week of epistane as this will help kick start your bodies production of testosterone. Also epistane can cause gyno all though it is not common as you do not have arimidex or similiar on hand for an emergency i would highly recomend keeping an eye on nipple sensitivity and looking for lumps.

also if you really have done this without support supps i would highly recomend cutting your losses, stopping the epistane and taking the nolvo now.

PM me if you have any queries i have done multiple cycles of much harsher substances than epistane safely with no sides so generally have a good knowledge of this area.

sorry one final post, i noticed that you mentioned your friend sending a box over. while it is relatively easy to get one or maybe 2 items through in a package. Sending more than this will almost guarantee that it will get caught. NZ has some of the strictest customs in the world.

Sending a box of multiple bottles of epistane would almost guarantee this being intercepted and you would be charged with supplying steroids (one or 2 bottles will get you a warning, any more will most likely get you charged). Epistane is on the banned list to import and sell in nz. It is also one of the more common steroids around and it is actively looked for by customs. Trademe would not let you sell this.

Some excellent comments, and I have taken them onboard and try to clarify some issues.

1) I will not have a box sent. As said not allowed in NZ.

2) The focus of the review is on the Epi-10 and wanted to show if this supplements effects compared to say some otc testosterone booster you buy in a New Zealand shop. As its a OTC supplement in some countries and is commonly bought online by New Zealanders. I want to review this from the point of view of the average joe person that tends to buy this product.

3) Liver Cleanse was taken 2 weeks before and during the 4 weeks. Blood Tests show Liver Function to be good. Be interesting to see what happens in 4 weeks though. I wasnt sure about doing a Lipid Panel Test 41$. As had one done at start of year and it results was good.

4) The taking of Tamoxifen Citrate dosage will be dependent on blood test results and feel the 20/20/10/10 is good advice thanks.

5) Will not be taking for 6 weeks, I want to follow the instructions on the bottle. 10Mg x 3 Per Day evenly spread for 4 weeks for the review.

Other Mentioned Supplements are on hand See Photo. Will metion when I take them.

DAA, Creatine, Letrozole, Advanced PCT(Liver Support Product).

I'm surprised no-one else has commented on this yet, so I'll say it... I'm impressed at the difference your photos show in just 1 week. You're looking a lot less soft overall, and delts/triceps in particular are more defined. That's damn fast progress!

I'd like to see what's happening on the other side. Can we get a front double bicep shot too?

Here you go, I dont see much, Plus my biceps aint too hot. Biceps are a weak part for me, I find them hard to train. Plus im Kinda Fat. Fit the average late 30s guy profile you think?

I did notice a red spot on my left bicep come up, acne or bite. hmm not to sure. :oops: Stretch mark on left front delt Ill keep and eye seem to be slightly worse.

no offence op but kinda looks like the difference is only because he's holding the pose a little better in the 2nd pic

also interesting review. so is this thing classed as a steroid or just a strong test booster? interesting that it's OTC in many other countries.

Day 8 into it, and its Back and Rear Delt. Have noticed a couple of things of note

Left bicep vein has come up during training. Not sure if its due to lost fat or epi-10. Strength about the same, But my Training is on the higher rep side though and workout felt easy, kinda less exhausting, felt less tired after.

Previous Day was shoulders that included shrugs, Usually there be soreness in traps today but there is none at all. Clearly recovery has increased. So because of that going to increase volume.

V Bar Row 45x20 1 set, 55x15 4 Set Drop 45x 8 Last set

Wide Grip Cable Seated Row 47x15 1 Set, 57x15 , 57x12 , 57x12 57x11

Iso Lateral Hammer Strength Row 70x9 70x8 70x9 70x7 (The inside Close Upright handles) I interchange this With DB Rows depending whats Free

Hammer Low Row Machine 68x12 3 Sets.

Rear Delt Fly 68x15, 68x8 61x15 61x14

Cable Rope Face pulls 16x20 4 Sets.

Postworkout Snack, Protein Shake, bcaas, Multi vitamin, etc Nothing Special

Breakfast 6 Egg Whites 1 Egg, 1 1/2Cup of porridge + Full fat milk

Other meals dunno, Proberly 4 chicken Drum Sticks, and a steak sometime.

A upcoming 24 Hour Fast will be around 3pm Sunday to 3pm Monday.

Avoided weigh in. Cause my goal is to lose fat and if those scales show increase in weight it messes with your head. :?

You might be right. It was just the fact that his both back shots had elbows at the same height, and similar lighting, but it's possible he was pulling his elbows back towards the camera more in the second pic.

That's why I wanted to see the front as well. And I don't see the same dramatic difference there that I did in the back pic (not that you'd expect to after just once week!).

Anyway, we'll find out for sure over the next few weeks. :)

Update. Into start of week 3 now with 1 week to go. Epi-10 has had clear effects now. Weight its up over 3Kgs. That is while being on a diet where I was steading losing weight right upto I took epi-10. So I am going to say EPI-10 has added this weight.

Strength is up. Its showing in reps rather than actual weight lifted. Example Thrid Set of various exercises doing 3+ more reps easily compared to 3 weeks ago.

A kind of thining of skin and clear increase in vascularity during workouts has become noticable, But goes away a couple hours after workout.

About 2-3cm added to arms. Especially more weaker left arm I just seems like I added a little weight over all I reckon. Although this proberly be water.

Bad Sides effects. None although its still too early to make a final call. Blood Test is booked in 2 weeks.

Conclusion. EPI-10 Works.

I have decided to end this review here. Since Epi-10 is basically gear anyways. And from advice I might as bloody well just take real gear.

So I will make a thread in the appropriate section when I start pinning the Test E soon.

Anyways week 1 and 3 comparison photo. I tried to get same lighting and pose. Personally I think I looked better in week 1 :? As said theres 3kgs gone on there somewhere.....
