CREATINE

i just look for the cheapest one out there with the following terms 'micronised creatine monohydrate', 'pharmaceutical grade' or 'creapure'

also make sure a standard 5g scoop will actually give me 5g creatine and that the ingredient label reads creatine monohydrate & nothing else

imo the difference between branded and non branded if it's just micronised creatine mono should be pretty neglible... there are other types of creatine out there as well as the 'hype' products like celltech and cellmass which are creatine mixes + carbs for large sums of money - among these products there are other differences but because they're just such a rip in general i wouldn't even bother trying to compare

I also look for the cheapest and best creatine and most creatines that are out there are very expensive as for the type of creatine that I use is Gaspari creatine it is one of the best creatines that I have use plus it cheap to buy plus you get 60 servings from it and last for two months.

":2srve7ik]am i the only one on here who doesn't notice any real difference between using and not using creatine? seriously is everyone who says a particular creatine is 'good' or talks about their size/strength gains on creatine trolling? same with DAA for that matter...

according to research about 30% of the population didn't see any difference, Creatine is definitely not bullshit,People say they have had good effects with kre alkalyn creatine but could just be bro science.

well dunno about daa but creatine mono has been proven to work but there's lots of cases dating way back where you keep hearing from people who just don't respond to it. it could just be as simple as your diet being pretty strong in red meats therefore supplementing creatine is just pointless for you

at least i know it works fine for me anyway... though my diet has pretty much no red meat in it at all except for the very occasional lamb these days.
