How long have you been consuming that diet, and have you been gaining weight?

Why is there minimal carbs at lunch and post workout? I'm assuming 2 servings of milo isn't much?

You're eating a ridiculous amount of protein, 6 scoops of protein, plus 700-800g of meat, and the milk. Unless you're 100kg+ and on anabolics, it's just not necessary.

Where's the fat!? Is it whole milk? Even so you're not getting many mono or polyunsaturated fats. Where's the olive oil, avocado, fatty fish, mixed nuts etc.

My suggestions:

Use a single scoop instead of a double for shakes. Still double post workout

Add some olive oil to your morning shake.

Add vegetables to your afternoon tea

Add some fruit to your lunch

Add more carbs to your post workout shake. More milo, or use flavoured milk.

Add a decent fat source with your dinner, 100g mixed nuts or something would be great.

Cheers for the input guys, have revamped it alittle and added the following;

Vanilla essence and olive oil with my morning shake

an apple and banana with my Lunch

150g mixed steam fresh veges with my afternoon tea

added 100g cottage cheese and crackers with tea.

Does it look alittle more promising? Have also included morning cardio 3-5 times a week and abs twice a week. Boom sevens here i come=]
