I rate C4, but you get use to it and end up using several scoops rather than one which can't be to healthy.

Currently using No Xplode 2.0 which I don't mind to much alot cheaper pre serving and more ingredients.

Have heard good reviews for craze haven't used it myself.

Might be worth buying sample size's if you can.

More ingredients is good?? I'd prefer a small number of useful ingredients in an efficacious dosing and leave out the crap.

Anywho, personally stim-based PWOs do nothing for me so I like Superpump Max. Seems to be having less effect half way through the tub though so I now add beta alanine and more citrulline malate.

It's all about what works for you so get into them samples

C4 didn't do shit for me. Took 1 scoop first workout. Nada...took 2 the next day, nothing...took 3 and expected anxiety attacks, shortness of breath...something but again zilch. The only thing I got from it was those annoying fire ants from the beta alanine.

Im gonna try Craze.

didnt think much of c4 to be honest. craze is good for focus. currently using nutribotics swollen from nzmuscle and recomend that. however it contains geranium macualatm (not sure if its spelled correctly). ive been unable to confirm if this is dmaa or not even though its the same plant. definitely has a similiar focus type buzz to it though. tried taking it with craze ended up on an amphetamine type buzz for 8 hours that started after i had finished my workout.

Nutrabolics Swollen contains Geranium Maculatum - depends on what kind of extract it is whether it contains DMAA- According to "Health Canada" Geranium Maculatum Oil does not contain DMAA

although other Maculatum extracts (leaf and stem) often do, as used in Gaspari Spirodex:

As Nutrabolics is Canadian and DMAA is banned there they must be using a DMAA free form of geranium maculatum.

More ingredients is not necessary a good thing, well usually not as the active ingredients are at such a low dosage. I have brought 2 tubs of pre-workout in the 3 years I have been training.

I still think nothing really beats a pot of dark coffee.

  • 4 weeks later...

I got some C4 when i was in Hawaii - 25 bucks. 1 scoop did nothing, two was ok but still weak.

Same with NO Explode. Weak.

I'm currently using Dymatize Expand which i like. Need two scoops but smooth and long lasting energy increase, and nice pump and vascularity. I got mine in Aus but it can be bought here in NZ.

I've used many pre-workouts in the past. Nothing comes close to Nutrex Hemo Rage imho. Nothing I've tried anyhow. Pity they banned it (and it's now banned in Aus too). :(
