Hi everyone.

I've been looking at the forums here for a while now and decided I'd actually join up now that I'm trying to achieve some serious goals :grin:

I'm going to start a journal to keep me honest and on track so if you want to check it out and give me any advice it'd be much appreciated.

My goals are to get to 8% body fat and retain it (I'm currently at 16% :shock: ), compete in a body building show over summer and also a powerlifting meet and total over 1000pounds in my 3 lifts.
