hello...need some info...i have seen some threads on lifting belts ....not able to find it :oops: ...can someone please post link to that thread or recommend some good lifting belt... I am looking at this

Have you used a powerlifting style belt before? I ask this because with Lever style belts, you set them at a particular tightness. Now they're not hard to change the lever tightness, 2-3 min with a screw driver, but if you're someone who uses a different tightness for squats versus deadlifts it may get a little annoying. I also use different tightnesses depending on the weight I'm using as well, for general working sets I'll have it relatively loose, for a heavy triple or something I'll tighten it one notch. Plenty of people swear by lever belts and don't find it a hassle at all, but if you're going to be adjusting tightness all the time you'd be better off with a single prong.

Very solid belt, I have no experience with Schiek products but T*tan are well known for there top quality belts. You'll be able to land this in NZ for a similar price to what you'd pay for the Schiek belt without shipping, so a much better deal.

I am not a fan of single (or double) prong belts. I use something similar to this :

with a quick release "mechanism" Less hasle to put it on and you can tighten it more than a prong belt. Price seems pretty good as well... Just my 2 cents...
