Hi guys

I'm reasonably new to the more organised side of training, having been somewhat of a slacker up to now. It has been suggested that to lose a bit of the flab that has started gathering in unwanted areas I take some creatine rather than fat burners. any ideas? I've always been a little reluctant to take things like pre-workouts and protein shakes.

Creatine wont really attack fat, it will help you put on lean muscle which will definitely increase the look of your physique.

What are the goals?

How do you train?

What do you eat?
