First cycle.

Hi all. I am planning to start my first cycle in the next week or 2.

500 mg test e / week, for 15 weeks.

injecting 1ml twice per wk

pct: nolva 20 mg / day, for 3 or 4 weeks.

have stopped taking creatine now, and will start again for pct.

(I have adex on hand also).

My backround. Been training for about 4 years on/off. The last year have been going hard in gym and doing my research about this stuff, but the year before that, almost did nothing (in the gym) and went weak as f*ck (had knee & shoulder injury).

stats:

22 yo

6'4

104kg

15- 20% bf (my guess)

Currently eating about (guess) 4500-4700cals/day around 200g protien, planning to up this to 5500 cals/day 250g protien.

will train 4 day split + 1 rest day (then repeat) for first few weeks, and then if i feel like im recovering quick enough im planning to start training twice per day - so will complete the whole body in 2 days then have 1 day rest, then repeat.

I dont really have too many specific questions, more just looking for people to critique my plan.

also how much do you guys think i could expect to gain?

thanks!! :):)

Keeping the creatine going will help while on cycle as well. The support of cell volume and ATP is always beneficial. Using it to help reduce loss of mass when coming off cycle is a waste in my opinion. Keeping the training going with diet will work better. Just keep using it throughout.

How much you gain is dependent upon you really. There is no blueprint for it, as we are all different and do it all our own way (diet, workouts, rest etc).

The 4 day split is great. I do that too, now. Best move ever for me.

If I remember correctly, I gained maybe 8kgs on my first cycle, at the same as you. 500mg test en.

ok. will keep running creatine. and will up the protien to 350g/day.

i have a question reguarding the vials/drawing.

Ive never injected before so these might seem like elementry/stupid questions., but i cant find the answers through google.

1. the vials seem to have a metal cap, covering (what im guessing must be) a rubber stopper. the metal cap looks like its designed to be broken off somehow. Is this correct? how do I go about breaking it off.

2. When drawing through the rubber stopper, it seems like its going to leave a big hole in the rubber, exposing the test to air. Do i need to cover this with glad wrap or something when storing?

3. Planning to draw and pin with 1.5" 22g. It seems possible that I might get a little piece of the rubber stopper in my draw. is this possible? what do i do if this happens?

thanks

I just push the needle through it. I ripped the cap off once, and thought it was overkill.

It seals up an desn't leak at all. The rubber is thick enough.

I use a 20g, which is bigger and have only had maybe 2 incidents of black rubber in the vial. Once it was close enough to teh needle to push teh oil out with it in it. The other time I just pined slowly while watching it, and the oil moved into me faster than the rubber was moving, so I was able to stop it from becoming a part of me and still got 95% of the oil in. The odds of it happening are not high.

Thanks

lol. nope. goal is to get musclular. how many calories do you think would be sufficient for maximal muscle growth?

should i perhaps drop it to 5000?

btw. im probably less than 18%. ive seen some indicator pics online to guess what bf% you. I looks more like the 15% pic than 20% pic, but just giving wide margin of error

It all depends on ur activity level if you do nothing all day ur not burning nothing except for ur bmr and the little activity you do do, you need to workout what ur calories need to be then adjust them to your goals everyone is different and and there is not a set number to work for each person but 5500 or 5000 is a sh*t load of food! im 6ft 14% 84kg and with my activity level and gym and cardio and work (builder) for me to gain size i only get 3000 and the scale seems to sky rocket for me! to cut i have to have 1800-2000 its bs i need put more size so i can eat more lol but then you get ectomorphs like my mate smashes a good 4000+ and struggles to gain size scales barely move, you just need to spend and couple weeks with strict number of calories to veiw what the scales doing to see whether you have to decrease or increase spend the couple weeks now so you know and then you can make the most out of everything and not gain alot of fat, they do have online calculators that can give you a base line to start from and just adjust from there.

this is just my views on the subject you dont have to agree with it its just my opinion there are always going to be critics you just have to find out what works for you! goodluck my man
