standing bb press

seated laterals

seated db

rear flys

rear dbs

behind head press

front raise

abs

other abs

Took some pics tonight but look small now gonna cry myself to sleep :( (srs)

Needa up my protein intake so going to start having shakes again (spew) instead of just meat.

gave added a back pic (sorry blurry) took a front one to but not happy with it

I would say having dominant traps myself that you need to be carful you don't engage them too much while training back. Traps are extreamly strong and often you will shrug a row more than you pull it.

Maybe not, but in my experience this has been the case

yea its probably what I have been doing man, I'll drop the weight and focus on pulling with my Lats more

Tonight, Hamstrings and calfs

Leg press, ws.

5 sets 10-12 reps. heavy (for me)

in between seated calf raise

5 sets 12-15

leg press calf raise

5 sets 15-20

lying ham curl

3 sets x 12

straight leg bounce lift

60 x 8 x 3

(these hurt and forgot my straps dammit)

needa learn how to squat low bar, anyone got a link or advice ? i find it really awkward and uncomfortable/ plus flexibility is not great

training yesterday was chest and ads.

worked up to a few sets of 120 by myself then went for 130 and asked someone to spot me.. told him to not touch the bar unless I said so helps with the liftout then when I reach the bottom he rows the weight off me, says good stuff bro that was all you! wasn't happy .... so just dropped it dwn to 100 and did 3 more sets of 10 to 12

Iv come across the same problem,i hate it when they hover over ya,(f*ck man as if were gonna drop it),

It sucks when they do that!

yea I feel your pain. after he rowed the first rep of me I racked it, no point trying to doa few reps if some Dick is taking half the weight for you
