I'd just order some 200mg caffeine tabs and a few bottles of green tea extract and keep it simple bro. Will give you good energy coupled with some mild fat burning properties and won't cost a packet or make you feel like shat. Add in some consistent cardio and off you go

Anything available over the counter is going to work primarily by blunting your appetite. Any BMR increase is going to be pretty tiny in real life so if your diet isn't already spot on they won't do jack. Also if your diet is already spot on then you probably don't need to blunt your appetite nomsayin? ;)

I know you want to hear that "product X" is amazing but it just isn't... Nothing you can easily or legally get is going to make much difference sorry.

If you insist on going the overpriced OTC supplement route then do a search. This question gets asked almost every day on almost every bodybuilding forum on earth...

cheers dude, I am 80kg and at 13% body fat. just trying to get rid of that last bit ya know. I have been doing HIIT training, which has been good. diet is clean, maybe one day a week i might go off it, thats all.

cutt by summer might be hard tho, cheers

whats some good tips for getting rid of the belly fat, dont have much, but its just covering my abs, of course eat clean (diet) etc, and cardio.

But what you think of HIIT (High-intensity interval training) or will just 20min a day running work, any little tips would be great

in my experience diet is king, doesnt matter how much or how little cardio you do, if your diet is dialed in perfectly you will lose the fat.
