Interesting, Um I'd say as long as sitting in the Leg Press Machine doesn't affect your form and no one's waiting to use it for, you know, Legs. Go nuts.

I don want to end up on you tube.waiting for it to become the norm.i have sowed the seed.

never know, could go either way lol - could be a pioneer or something (or at least you can be featured in this epic thread viewtopic.php?t=7447).

as kai greene says (he does a lot of unorthodox stuff and uses machines in ways most people wouldn't imagine).. when people see you doing it they'll be "lol look at that fool he doesn't know what he's doing", then when you turn pro "hey what was that you were doin' again??"

and if it makes you feel better, there are already people who are working their chest/triceps on the leg press haha. they load it up with tonnes of plates then basically use their chicken legs as a strange barbell for their chest exercise.

IMO.....lol lets keep it simple? :-s :roll: .... AKA risk back snaps other injuries with something not designed for it ....rather play around with my routine , pre exhausting the muscle by isolation or body weight training , pause or change each rep rate 3 1 2 or 3 2 3 whatever feels best for your body or mix volumes ...got loads of options before you adopt something like this..

Using the incline seems like a good idea, but as it is wider than a bench incline, doesn't it make picking the up harder vracula?

true ,getting that swing to get into position would be harder.
