cutting stack ideas??

I just did (while on 500mg test enanthate/week)

DNP 300mg/day

EC Stack (24mg E 200mg C 3x a day)

1000 calorie/day diet deficit

1 hour walk per day

weights 4x per week

Standard supps like fish oil, multi, vit C, vit E Green Tea extract

0.5mg adex EOD

Did that for 4 weeks with no refeed and only a couple of cheat meals and lost 10 kilos of fat, measured after I had dropped the water (a week after I stopped the DNP). No loss of strength or muscle to be seen and sides not even that bad at 300mg DNP. Been wearing a t shirt and shorts and jandals all August but hasn't really affected my workouts much. Bit short of breath here and there and sweaty in bed but otherwise sweet. Felt like arse when I went to 400mg or more but at 300 I was rocking it. Went from 115 to 105kg. Feels good man

Didn't take any before pics and still got a bit to go before Im happy but will def do that again. Blows any other cuttung agent clear out of the water. 2kg per week over a total of 5 weeks! Ive read about people losing that amount in half that time but thats doing like 800mg/day and f*ck that for a joke

Is DNP having a come back?

I think so yeah. I always wanted to try it so I did loads and loads of research and reading of logs and threads and decided to give it a go. I think plenty of people are now realising that all that silly broscience hype about how deadly it is was way way over exaggerated. That said, it can kill you if you take too much or do real stupid shit while on it but so can tonnes of other things.

I think I've read almost every post that guy conciliator has ever made. Glad to have him out there slashing away at the broscientists.

They key is low dose not these ridiculous inferno cycles. 200-400mg a day and no more. You can run 200mg-300mg/day for a month easy with few sides except it makes winter feel like summer and you'll ditch 10 kilos of lard no prob. At that dose it's actually quiet safe. I have to laugh when I see people out there blasting dudes for taking 200mg DNP and then recommend they take 100mcg clen instead.

I'll never take clen again. Low dose dnp, EC stack for fat mobilisation and energy (dnp draaaaaiiiiiins your ass) and antioxidant supps (+ a clean diet of course) is a better cutting stack than anything else I've ever tried. You will lose fat even with an isocaloric diet but you may as well eat clean as poss for the short time you are on it. Every 100mg of DNP you take per day raises your BMR by 11% once at steady state concentration so even 200mg is a good 20% raise. Makes clen look like crap :)

Definitely not a compound for noobs though but people just need to get over that mindset of DNP = death and look at the reality and science. So much good info out there, just gotta wade through the guys parotting the same old shit they know nothing about :)

I am now wondering how many more veins I can get showing. My new goal for 2012-13 is to have the entire Great Wall of China across my arms and shoulders.

I run at a deficit in calories each day, to ensure that the avatar pic is nearly 24/7.

Yeah you can def do that. I find the EC better as clen gives me the shakes and headaches but doesn't really blunt my appetite as much. EC murders my appetite which is a good thing as DNP gives you noticeable cravings, especially for carbs (which then make you sweat your arse off).

I also find that ephedrine gives me a nicer feeling stim effect overall than clen for whatever reason, which helps as the DNP makes you lethargic and groggy. DNP also makes you short of breath due to the increased oxygen requirements of your uncoupled cells so anything bronchodilatory helps with that, clen included.

It's a shame ephedrine is a PITA to get these days as it's such good stuff. Also, because it's scheduled they do note your name when they seize it and it says in the letter they make take action if further shipments are seized but I just send to my mates flat with fake name and bobs your uncle. Gets through most of the time...

Yeah looking lean there bro. DNP is a real mind f*ck because it makes your muscles go flat and small but you hold a lot of subcutaneous water so you basically look like shit while you're on it and the scales say all sorts of crap due to the sub-q water retention and the massive amount of pissing and water sculling going on. Then you stop, and over the next 5 days the water falls off, muscles fill back up through glycogen super compensation and a week later you look in the mirror and are like holy fuk!
