Growth Hormone and Testosterone

Recommended Posts

Because of your condition it would be best IMO to consult with your Endo as to the benefits of HGH in your case. I would suspect that there may be some benefits but it would depend on your goals, health, psychology, training program etc. Test & HGH work well together or separately for that matter. You would need to keep your diet very controlled so not to spill over.

I could ask you the same, Danny. Just 159 posts (many of dubious quality) and already you're telling people what they can and can't discuss here? :-s

At our members' requests, we actually will be adding a TRT forum here. In the meantime, this seems as good a place to talk about it as any.

The endo is not keen to prescribe growth hormone unless I had a deficiency. My training goals are to increase fitness (endurance, cardio, strength).

Can you please elaborate further on keeping the diet controlled? Is that because HGH stimulates the appetite? :)

Typically hypogonadism is associated with obesity. Not saying its the case for you. But you will be subject to increasing fat easily if your diet is too carb loaded & using HGH.

Hi MuscleNZ,

Good point, obesity is certainly not a problem for me... quite lean and have struggled to put on much mass (which would be related to low natural testosterone levels).

Cheers,

Ralf

Or it could just be that you don't eat enough!

Work out what your maintenance values are and add 500 Cals see what happens.

HGH is not the wonder drug that will transform your body by itself , especially if taking at a prescribed dose.

I have taken Genotropin for 6 months, wasn't until I added 1 ml 250 test e to the equation that things started happening!

Track your diet, you'll be surprised at what the results are.

By itself I found that DOMS were reduced and recovery much quicker.

Was only taking .4 shot per day of 5.3 Genotropin.

With 1ml 250 test, workouts made one feel real swole!

Not to mention libido!!

If was on higher dose probably would have had to get a mistress as well! :pfft:

Been off both for a few weeks now and miss it terribly hahaha

Cutting down to see what have achieved, got to a max of 123kg now down to 115, aiming for 105/100

Then going to go back on test, although see a few others of note are cutting on 1ml! maybe tempted back on sooner!

Awesome, I've heard that. Yea I've found that even on the low dose TRT I'm very interested in anything in a skirt, and giving the missus a real workout! ha ha :)

I've read that it could be good for tendons and recovery... that certainly appeals. The cost is quite expensive eh?

All relative really, worked out approx $3k for 3 months worth.

Used to spend that and more on booze and dining out in the "old days"

Something the old girl can't get her head around.

Test is a lot cheaper so will stick with that for a while, play with cycles etc

Don't ever recall such intense feelings when I was in my prime so must have had low test then hahaha Could explain why I was skinny.
