If anyone is down in Welly for the NZIFBB Show, I thought I'd tee up a training session at Powerhouse at midday.

Being a Saturday and given we're hoping to have the illustrious Mr Trapilicious there it's gotta be Guns!

I think we've got a few spectators bro but nobody I've heard from that wants to participate - maybe Jake? Trev has just come off food poisoning so he might be out. M.T can't train due to his burst appendix, so we're looking skint for attendance!

If you will get a better workout at LM go for it bro, I tried to train the guns the other night in anticipation and had to hang my head in shame at the weights lifted :pfft:
