nose bleeds

my last bulk when i was fully into it i was getting them every day.

just had my first one of this bulk today .. damnit.

Never actually had a nose bleed so cant comment from experience but ive heard if its cold and dry that can cause nosebleeds. You should get your BP check however just in case.

nah just doing everyday activities, however ive noticed i only get them when im training/eating as hard as i can

i dont get them when im not going as hard in the gym, or eating as much food. eg: i didnt get them when i was cutting

i might get it checked, but the doc is a scam lol 55$ a visit.

do you get any other symptoms of high bp like ringing in the ears or vision problems.

You could try at the gym if they have a set up for measuring bp and see what it is like at some point in your routine. a few of the gyms I have been to measure bp for you.

Oh ok. Well best to see a doc anyway if its really worrying you, but like you said the price is a scam, especcially if you find nothing wrong.

yeah doc is a total rip off.. so i doubt ill go unless im half dead or somthing.
